Richard’s vast experience around freight forwarding , exporting procedures, supply chain and logistics enabled him to be my first port of call when I need advice around these specialist areas. Richard’s approach is based around being proactive and commercial but keeping things very simple and transparent. His international experience and array of contacts also enables him to put forward tailor made solutions for his clients. Richard was a character and really brought a pretty long intense session to life with good content and real life experience which was great. The feedback from across the different teams was positive and it gives the business a good grounding to move forward in understanding the import process, importance of compliance and the impact on their roles on the process.

With the contacts and knowledge of the industry Richard has, it was soon clear that he could become a valuable source of information for our companies planned exploration of the markets in the USA.
